About this Event

According to McKinsey & Company, many established companies struggle to become more agile and less bureaucratic, and must ultimately learn to straddle the paradox between speed and stability.

This event will delve into the paradox of driving speed and creating stability. Successful companies have learned the power of "and". Hear how agile organizations learn to balance the tension in three critical areas:

  • organizational structure
  • governance
  • processes
