About the Presenter

Cori has over 15 years of experience in helping organizations align strategy and improve performance. Cori is an expert in building strategic talent management infrastructure and processes. Cori has worked as an OD Consultant in various capacities for Business Solution Technologies (BST), Kaiser Permanente and Hawaii Permanente Medical Group to improve organizational effectiveness by aligning strategy with goals, developing standardized processes and facilitating cultural change. Most recently, Cori led the Organizational Change Management team for the Queen's Health Systems ERP transformation project, part of a larger team implementing an enterprise-wide finance and supply chain software platform. Since then, Cori has joined Bank of Hawaii as part of their Organizational Development team. Cori has been involved with ATD for over 20 years.
