About this Event:

Development is most effective when participants are actively involved in the learning process. Using coaching skills when training groups is a way to maximize engagement, deepen understanding and expand awareness through multiple perspectives. According to The Coaches Training Institute, “people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole.”

Join us for a session to explore coaching skills that will allow you to tap into the brilliance of your participant groups. Rather than simply inform your participants, help them to transform.

Most of the session will be inquiry-based, with a mix of pair/small-group work and large group sharing.

Session Objectives:

  • Differentiate between informative vs. transformative learning
  • Learn how coaching techniques work in groups
  • Identify coaching skills that will enable training participants to maximize learning and development

Who Should Attend:

Facilitators, Trainers, HR professionals and anyone looking to improve their skills in training, facilitation or leading group processes.
