Kick off 2020 with networking and learning! Join us for a tour to discover how organizations are helping employees learn through eLearning and other learning technologies. We'll take a brief look back at the beginning of E-learning, then discuss ways companies are currently using E-learning and learning technologies such as mobile learning and personalized learning, and finally share about future trends in learning including artificial intelligence and augmented reality.

 

Speakers



Dina Tsuda is the Sr. Vice President of Organizational and Talent Development at Title Guaranty, Hawaii's oldest and largest kama'aina title and escrow company. She has 15 years of experience in the learning and development field, specializing in instructional design, eLearning and LMS administration. She manages a team of 8 to support operational, customer service, and leadership training, as well as organizational development. Dina has also worked for Kaiser Permanente and Business Solution Technologies. She previously served on the ATD Board for 8 years in multiple positions and held the role of ATD President in 2012.  


 



Nel has been the owner of Learning & Performance Improvement Solutions, and Learning & Development Consultant Agency for the past 13 years. Her team of Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Videographers and Technical Developers create learning material uniquely tailored to meet the learning needs of organizations in Hawaii and the mainland. They also offer knowledge transfer programs that ensure that critical knowledge and skills of experienced individuals are retained in the organization before they leave.


Prior to starting LPI Solutions, Nel was a Senior Learning Consultant and Senior Instructional Designer at organizations like Kaiser Permanente and Genentech. Nel also served on the ATD Board in numerous positions and was President in 2010.

Anyone new to e-learning, including: consultants, professionals in Talent Development (TD), Organizational Development (OD) and Learning and Development (L&D). Also those who want to brush up on the latest online learning trends.
