Ronica Roth is Co-founder and Principal at Elevate To, a boutique consulting firm that helps leadership teams lead with heart, steer with clarity and deliver with confidence. She's been in the agile space for ~20 years, consulting, coaching and training in companies large and small, inside tech and out into the business. In particular she works with leadership teams and coaches individual change agents, helping them adopt an agile mindset and approach as they lead change and strategy in their organizations. Ronica also has deep experience building and developing an agile coaching community. She's been a Certified Scrum Trainer since 2008, and a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) since 2012.
