Patricia (Pat) Byrd is an experienced workplace learning and performance professional with over twenty years of successful achievement in the field primarily focused in the areas of program design/development, learning function management and organizational development. She currently works as the Senior Project Manager of Credentialing for the ASTD Certification Institute. Her main responsibility is to manage and support all operational aspects of the ASTD CI Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification Program (CPLP®). Pat has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University in Indiana and a Masters of Arts degree in Organization Development from Marymount University in Virginia.
