Experience the World Cafe

You know how the best ideas come to you while chatting with friends at a café?  Well we are bringing that experience to you in this Event.

Experience a simple, effective and flexible format for hosting large group dialogue based on seven integrated design principles.  Discover the World Café method and see how it can be put to use in your organization.  Using this method, we will share ideas and experiences with our network of peers that will delve into the following topics:
  • Silo Busting
  • Knowledge Transfer
  • Succession Planning
  • Generational Engagement/Retention

Bring your questions, experiences, insights and expertise on these topics and be prepared to share in the rich conversation that will develop.
