About Me
Sharon A. Simms, MSW CPC is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for SAS Services, LLC. Sharon has over 20 years of experience working in within the nonprofit sector. She has a passion for identifying ways to assist agencies in providing effective programs and services to their clientele, starting with its leaders. Sharon has served as a lecturer for the graduate program at the University of Hawai‘i, Myron B. Thompson School of Social Work and with the Outreach College at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She has trained social workers, human services professionals, trainers, volunteers, foster/resource parents and young people throughout the State of Hawai‘i. Sharon has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. She also has experience in strategic planning, leadership development, coaching, curriculum development, program evaluation, program development, and training.
