About Me
Ken Rossi is an Assistant Professor of Organization Development at Hawaii Pacific University where he is also the faculty chair for the Masters of Organization Development and Leadership (MAODL) program.
Before joining HPU Ken served as NASA’s Organization and Employee Development Training Manager working out of Ames Research center in Mountain View, California.
Ken’s research is in the area of leadership, leadership development, change and organizational culture and is currently conducting research on the impact of simulations on leadership and organizational behavior. Prior to NASA, Ken ran a career transition program, satellite campus operation, and served in the US Army as a leader, trainer and Organizational Effectiveness consultant and educator.
Ken Rossi holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organization Development, and a master’s degree in Counseling from Chapman University, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chaminade University and is a graduate of the US Army Organizational Effectiveness Staff Officer’s School at Fort Ord, California and is a Senior Registered OD Consultant.
Ken Rossi has worked extensively throughout the United States and the Pacific including Samoa, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Panama, and other areas of South and Central America.
