Cynthia Yamasaki established EEpath in 2007 to help managers and business owners lead and live well with Aloha.
She created EEpath, a personalized leadership and life coaching process that helps clients be empowered, energized, and transcend challenges to achieve positive outcomes.
Cynthia works closely with leaders in various industries to enhance each stage of their careers. She has more than 4 decades of business experience working in diverse leadership roles in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Cynthia was awarded the Women in Business Champion by the U.S. Small Business Administration in 2014. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance. She is a PQ®Coach, Certified Business Advisor, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Peer Counselor, and accredited Color Accounting workshop leader. Her multi-faceted background, extensive training, and local values give her an unparalleled perspective on leadership and life.
