Non-traditional CPA specializing in business transformation. My consulting work focuses on creating transformation roadmaps for SMEs including high stakeholder involved change management. I am particularly good at finance and IT department restructuring. I am certified in Birkman but can work with the output from any of the personality assessment to help coach accounting and IT professionals since I have backgrounds in both areas and have worked with competency models and leadership development for leaders in both areas.
