About this Event

With over 9,000 learning & development professionals from around the world, over 200 breakout sessions, and over 300 exhibitors;  ATD’s 2015 International Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida was THE place to be to catch up on the latest trends, wares, and information.  Unfortunately very few of us in Hawaii have the opportunity to attend this amazing event.  Join us for an evening of sharing with three local, lifelong L&D professionals who made the trek to ICE.

  • Learn the latest on neuroscience and how the brain processes learning.
  • Find out about the growing trend toward delivering effective training in small bites vs. traditional hour-long or half-day sessions.
  • Find out what one company is doing to engage and retain its employees through something called Stay Interviews.
The evening concludes with a panel discussion about other aha’s and takeaways plus tips for 1st time ICE attendees.  If iron sharpens iron, then spend an evening with us and then make plans to attend next year’s ICE event in Denver!
