About this Event
Join us as we engage in a panel discussion with two of Hawaii’s most knowledgeable professionals in Workforce Development. Sunshine Topping, VP of Human Resources at Hawaiian Telcom and Stevette Santiago, Chief Administrative Officer at Y. Hata & Co., will guide us to through the new world of workforce development and help us emerge with ‘shaka’ ways to overcome these challenges.
Sunshine and Stevette will share tips on increasing your skill sets and building your professional equity to be a valuable asset to your organization. We’ll also discuss innovative and cost-effective ways to help your employer keep up with the growing needs of employees in a time where there is so much emphasis placed on creative, unique and engaging workforce programs.
If you have workforce development questions that you’d like to pose to Sunshine and Stevette, please email us at atdhawaii@gmail.com by 3/7/2017. Although we cannot guarantee all questions will be addressed in the panel discussion, we will do our best to seek responses to all questions sent via email.
