About this Event

As human beings, one of our greatest assets is our imaginative capacity. We can imagine the best and we can imagine the worst.

“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”

~Albert Einstein

As a life-centric change process, Appreciative Inquiry pays attention to the best in us, not the worst; to our strengths, not our weaknesses; to possibility thinking, not problem thinking. Appreciative Inquiry is the art of asking unconditional, positive questions to strengthen the individual or group’s capacity to anticipate and heighten positive potential. This one powerful approach can transform your Leadership Development, Team Building, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Coaching, and Performance Management processes and programs.

Participants can expect to:

1. Be introduced to the Appreciative Inquiry Process (What is it? How does it work? Why you’ll love it!)

2. Learn how our instructors use Appreciative Inquiry in their organizations to excite and empower their leaders and teams

3. Try it out! Practice using the Appreciative Inquiry tool to better understand the power of this process.

Who should attend?

  • Professionals involved in the leadership development program at their organization (program directors, curriculum designers, trainers, SMEs, etc.)
  • Managers, directors, or executives looking to improve their leadership skills
