About this Event:
You voiced, and we listened. Many of our members have asked for more networking opportunities. This month we are delivering just that!
This is a structured networking event to talk with your peers about topics related to the talent and development world and related to the ATD competencies. Share your best practices and learn from other professionals about what they are doing in their organizations. This will be followed by an informal networking opportunity and a salad lunch!
Topics may include:
- Driving organizational change
- Performance Improvement: Addressing skill gaps in the organization
- Becoming a business partner to the organization: how do we get a "seat at the table"?
- Evaluating learning programs
- Training delivery: ice breaker ideas, tips, no-no's, must try's, failures
- Don't let the knowledge leave! Addressing knowledge management
Have a topic idea that you want to see at the event? Send your ideas to Christy Valledor, cvalledor@hawaiiusafcu.com
(Please note, due to time constraints, not all discussion topic ideas can be incorporated into the session, but we will try our best.)
