About this Event:
Find out how Hawaiian Electric is building competency to lead and implement change successfully, and how their lessons learned apply to any company.
For most companies, change is the new business normal and many are having to find ways to support their teams through change.
Nowhere else is this more alive and well than in the electric utility industry. Hawaiian Electric is leading the way on a lot of fronts when it comes to renewable and reliable energy. They’ve been transforming their company to be more customer focused, and to embrace technology as they look at new products and services. They don’t just deliver electrons any more. Within that paradigm, they are equipping their employees to be adaptable and their leaders to coach employees through those changes.
Hear about their journey, what challenges they have encountered, the efforts they are taking to increase workforce capabilities in the area of change management, and how these can apply to your organization.
“Our very survival depends on our ability… to adjust to new ideas, to remain vigilant and to face the challenge of change.”
-Martin Luther King Jr.
