Meet Our Guest Speaker
Patricia (Patti) Dammann, has collaborated with individuals, management and teams to facilitate change and individual, leadership, team and organizational growth.
As a facilitator of IOD certification programs, she brings a practical approach honed through her experiences collaborating with fortune 100, nonprofits and government organizations in the area of strategic planning, process improvement, project and performance management, leadership development, team building, training design and facilitation, coaching and mentoring.
Patti holds a Masters of Science in Human Resource Management and a Masters of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
She is a Certified Professional Facilitator and Assessor (International Association of Facilitators)
