Leveraging an intergenerational workforce.

For the first time in recent history, four distinct generations inhabit the workplace.  Each is shaped by the events, societal changes and environmental conditions that occurred in its formative years.

The question of the day is, “How can you communicate with all generations to ensure a respectful, motivated, productive work environment for everyone?”

This interactive session will identify specific generational characteristics with their related challenges and opportunities, and offer proven strategies for maximizing the contributions of workers of all ages.

In this session you will learn:

n  Learn practical strategies for communicating effectively with employees of all generations

n  Recognize how age diversity benefits an organization

n  Increase your awareness of the four generations currently in the workplace
