In recent years B.C.E. (Before Covid Era), many of us were spending a great deal of time interacting with our technology (phones, computers, games, etc.). Since the pandemic crashed into our lives, the time we spend with our technology for work, school, and socializing has increased to a point where many of us are experiencing adverse side effects.
This tech fatigue, also known as Technostress or Digital Fatigue, may very well be hurting us and our ‘ohanas, both at home and work. This is not new, just surging with Covid and affecting more people than ever. Let's explore and learn more about this topic together and identify some potential antidotes, especially in a Hawaiian context.
