Topic: Lessons learn from an almost flop
Description: Change management never goes as planned. With an unplanned change, you need to prioritize the tasks that will take the most time and effort. And as it gets closer to adoption, you’ll need to reassess your assumptions about the user’s behavior.
About: Joel is a Senior Training Coordinator wearing many L&D hats for a global geothermal power company. He fell into his current role as an “accidental trainer” and found his calling in L&D. Joel’s favorite part of his job is traveling to different locations and immersing in the individual work cultures to become an extension of the team. In his free time, he enjoys traveling the globe with his wife and six children, and somehow, he feels he has enough free time to knock out an MBA.
