Join the ASTD community for another practical learning journey as we explore the subject of Performance Management.

We all know effective Performance Management is a “must have” in any organization interested in long term success. Yet, many of us struggle, or observe our colleagues struggle, with some of the more fundamental aspects of employee development and growth. In this session we will map out a basic framework for Performance Management and give learners an opportunity to practice key skills and behaviors.

In this session you will learn:

·         The 4 essential steps to effective Performance Management

·         The mindset of “Every Day Performance Management”

·         How to use Performance Management to move employees from Compliance to Engagement

·         How to increase the Discretionary Work Effort of employees

·         A simple but powerful feedback model to use when providing Corrective Coaching
