Join the ASTD community for another practical learning journey as we explore the subject of Performance Management.

We all know effective Performance Management is a “must have” in any organization interested in long term success. Yet, many of us struggle, or observe our colleagues struggle, with some of the more fundamental aspects of employee development and growth. In this session we will map out a basic framework for Performance Management and give learners an opportunity to practice key skills and behaviors.

Jordan Chouljian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Organizational Development from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. For over 20 years, both in industry and as a consultant, Jordan has been helping individuals and organizations identify and achieve their desired business results. Jordan is trained/certified in MBTI (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator), Structural Consulting (Frtiz), and Emotional Intelligence (Goleman). He is a member of the Continuing Education faculty at numerous national professional services firms, a certified instructor for Huthwaite, Inc., a graduate of the Conway Institute of Quality, and a member of ASTD (American Society for Training and Development) and ISPI (International Society for Performance Improvement). Jordan focuses much of his current practice on leadership and team development, performance management, strategic planning, and organizational culture change. He has designed and delivered training programs throughout the United States, Canada, Asia, and South America and has worked with private sector corporations, state and federal agencies, school systems, and non-profit entities.

As a consultant, Jordan seeks to form a long-term partnership with clients, helping them to identify and pursue their organizational vision and business objectives. As a facilitator, Jordan creates a dynamic, high-performance learning environment where participants are actively involved in experiential activities, simulations, business role-plays, and group discussions. As a coach, Jordan challenges his individual clients to move with purpose from their "current reality" to their "desired end results".

Jordan is founder of OnTrac Partners, a Honolulu based management consulting firm, and creator of LeaderLab, a leadership training program incorporating 360-feedback.

Some of his recent clients include Hawaiian Airlines, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, UHA, Kraft Foods, Young Brothers Hawaii, Four Seasons Hotels, Pepsi Co., Kaiser Permanente Hawaii, Clorox Company, Ericsson Wireless, Healthnet, Bank of America, and the US Postal Service.
