About this Event

The topic of empathy is becoming increasingly important in the business world and critical to leadership development.  People need empathy to build relationships and to engage with each other.  Empathy, Compassion and Emotional Intelligence are necessary in a leader's toolkit that can lead to hard, tangible results.  Many of the Fortune 1000 are now testing new hires for emotional intelligence.  Leaders recognize the importance of self starting, self managing, responsible and mission connected staff at the heart of their business.

Empathy is now recognized as the key skill required to collaborate and problem solve within a team environment.

Join us and learn how to embrace the potential of empathy as a foundational element for better individual, team and business performance.
