About this Event

As learning professionals, we are often called on to lead, support, or even establish the leadership development programs within our organizations.

While establishing or working these programs, it’s so easy to get caught up in the day-to-day of facilitation and evaluations that we often lose sight of the real purpose of a leadership development program – to develop our people to become leaders…not just managers, but true leaders.

During his presentation, Russ will talk about the “The Critical Components of a Leadership Development Program.” Those looking to begin a leadership development program will gain valuable insight as he talks about the attributes of a leader and the key components needed to set a leadership development program on the path to success.

For those who already have a leadership development program established, you’ll come away challenged by the question, "how do you measure up as a leader and energized with ideas on ways to develop leadership capabilities within your organization?"

During the presentation, Russell Smith will cover topics such as:

  • The Attributes of a Leader
  • The Critical Things You Need to Get Your Leadership Development Program Started
  • The Importance and Methods of Assessing Your Leadership Strengths and Gaps
  • Ways to Develop Leadership Capabilities within Your Organization

Who should attend?

  • Professionals involved in the leadership development program at their organization (program directors, curriculum designers, trainers, SMEs, etc.)
  • Managers, directors, or executives looking to improve their leadership skills

Limited seating event.

NO REFUNDS for no-shows or cancellation unless requested by Wednesday, June 7th, 2017.
