October OD SIG: Topic - OD Terms and Issues

Introducing ATD Hawai'i brand new Special Interest Group (SIG) - Organization Development SIG! All ATD Hawai'i members are invited as well as all community members who are interested in Organization Development, working in the field, or businesses making use of OD practitioners. During the first meeting we want to discuss the purpose of the group in order to meet the needs of our community.

In the first meeting we addressed the WHY - why are we starting OD SIG, it's purpose and mission, as well as why each of us chose to attend. Together, we also came up with the list of topics that we are all interested in learning more about. In this second meeting we plan to discuss them further and choose the ones we plan to learn more about in our future meetings.
