The attendees at the inaugural meeting of the OD Sig in September 2023 developed a set of issues they would like to see covered in future meetings of the OD Sig. The attendees at the October 2023 OD Sig (second meeting) reviewed and prioritized the issues to be addressed in future OD Sig meetings. The group then voted on and selected the topic for the December 2023 meeting – Leadership Development. At this meeting, we will discuss the following:
• Leadership theories, models, styles from early understanding until the present• Leadership Styles • Leadership Qualities • Newer approaches to leadership and leader behaviors - Authentic - Adaptive Leadership - Humble Leadership • Leadership Development models • Group leader development activity • Set future OD Sig topics
