Amy O’Donnell Lueth is Senior Design Director at Maestro, where she leads a team of learning experience designers in crafting innovative, award-winning learning experiences for Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders. Since joining Maestro in 2012, she’s played a key role in shaping high-impact design solutions that elevate digital learning—including a pivotal role in creating Mighty, Maestro’s plugin for Articulate Rise.With a background in visual and graphic design, Amy has helped clients earn multiple Brandon Hall Awards and has shared her expertise on the ATD ICE stage. Outside of her professional work, she’s a muralist, lettering artist, and devoted mom of two. Her passion for creativity shines through in everything she does, both in and out of the studio.

Sydney is the Director of Content + Community at Maestro, the learning innovation company. With over a dozen years on the team, she leads with a passion for content strategy and connection—creating meaningful resources and experiences that help learning professionals grow.
