Description
AI has quickly disrupted the working world, and talent development professionals now need to be on the cutting edge of this technology and how it is evaluated and utilized in learning & development spaces.
Join ATD Hawaii and the National Speakers Association of Hawaii as we welcome two local experts who have successfully integrated AI into their daily lives.
First, Jamie Champagne from Champagne Collaborations will show us how to build a practical business case for AI, with real examples you can apply immediately in your L&D work. You'll walk away with a simple framework to justify and position AI in your organization and some practical ways to start using AI in learning design and delivery workflows.
Then Norapong Noradom, Virtual Training Manager for T-Mobile in Hawaii, will introduce the fundamentals of how AI works, positioning it as a powerful thought partner for everyday tasks. Through interactive activities such as prompting exercises and file upload analysis, you'll gain hands on experience applying AI in practical scenarios. The session also connects these skills to real world use at T-Mobile demonstrating how AI can enhance training across the organization.
